Getting started

How long does it take to get my socks?

Production: 2-4 business days. Standard US shipping: 3-5 more days. Total: 5-9 days. Express is 2-3 days faster.

What's the difference between Face Jumble, Full Photo, and Collage?

Face Jumble — we crop the face from your photo and tile it across the sock in a repeating pattern. Bold, recognizable, our most popular style.
Full Photo — your whole image (face, body, background, all of it) prints edge-to-edge on the sock.
Classic Collage — 4-8 photos arranged in a clean grid.
ZigZag Collage — same photos, dynamic zigzag layout instead of grid.

Can I upload more than one photo?

Yes! Couple, friend, and collage styles let you upload multiple photos. The product page will tell you the recommended count for each style.

Will I see what it looks like before I pay?

Yes. As soon as you upload a photo on the product page, you get a live preview of how your sock will look. After you order, our team also previews it manually and emails you if anything looks off.

Photo quality

What kind of photo works best?

Clear and well-lit
Face-on (not profile or extreme angle)
Face not covered by hats, sunglasses, or hair
Decent resolution (your phone camera is fine; selfies usually work great)

What if my photo isn't great?

Upload it anyway. We review every order manually. If we think it won't print well, we'll email you to ask for a better one before printing.

Can I send the photo by email instead?

The upload at checkout is the most reliable way. If you have trouble uploading, email hello@paraveso.com after ordering with your order number and we'll process it manually.

Sizing & fit

What sizes do you offer?

Three unisex crew sizes: Small (US 4-7), Medium (US 8-10), Large (US 11-13).

What if I'm between sizes?

Size up. The combed-cotton blend has good stretch, so erring large is more comfortable than too tight.

Do you make socks for kids?

Right now, no — our Small starts at US 4 which fits roughly age 7+. For younger kids, the Small can fit a 5-6 year old loosely but won't be perfect.

Returns & replacements

What if I don't love them?

Because every pair is custom-printed with your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Use the live preview before checkout to confirm. If something arrives wrong (defect, wrong size, doesn't match preview), we'll reprint and ship a replacement free — email a photo to hello@paraveso.com within 14 days.

How do I care for them?

Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing the print. See full Care Instructions.

Group & bulk orders

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes — 6 or more pairs gets 15-25% off depending on quantity. Email hello@paraveso.com with your order details and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Can each pair in a bulk order have a different photo?

Yes. Each pair is its own print run, so we can mix and match — different couples for different bridesmaids, different pets for different friends, etc.
