The short version
Every pair of Paraveso socks is custom-printed for you after you order. From the day you place your order to the day your package arrives, please expect up to 2 weeks for US orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders.
If you need it faster, choose Express shipping at checkout — that brings US delivery down to 5-9 business days total.
Where the time actually goes
Your order moves through two distinct stages:

Stage 1 — Production (2-5 business days)
A real person reviews your photo, our team prints it edge-to-edge on combed cotton, and we quality-check before packing. This is not a stock product pulled off a shelf — it's printed specifically for you. -
Stage 2 — Shipping (3-10 business days)
Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or international post).
You'll receive separate email notifications when your order enters production and when it ships, with a tracking number.

Note: "Total time" includes both production and shipping. Production typically takes 2-5 business days regardless of shipping method.
Gift-occasion deadlines
Need your socks by a specific date? Use these cutoff times to be safe:
- US Standard — order at least 14 days before the date you need them.
- US Express — order at least 9 days before.
- US Priority Express — order at least 7 days before.
- International — order at least 21 days before, even with expedited service.
If you're cutting it closer than that and need a recommendation, email hello@paraveso.com with your event date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also find tracking by logging into your account at paraveso.com or replying to your order-confirmation email with your order number.
For US orders, tracking updates begin within 24 hours of shipment. For international orders, tracking may not update consistently while in transit between carriers — this is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error:
- Within 4 hours of ordering — email hello@paraveso.com with your order number and the corrected address. We'll update it before production starts.
- After 4 hours but before shipping — we'll try to update the address but can't guarantee it.
- After shipping — the package will be sent to the address you entered. If it gets returned to us, we can reship to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or shows the package as "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, and your local post office. Most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours.
- If still missing after 5 business days, email hello@paraveso.com with your order and tracking numbers.
- We'll file a carrier claim. Depending on the response, we'll either reship your order at no cost or refund the shipping portion of your order — at our discretion based on the carrier outcome.
Holiday and peak-season shipping
During major holiday periods (Mother's Day, Father's Day, late November through December, Valentine's Day) our production queues and carrier delivery times may extend by 3-7 business days beyond the standard windows above.
We'll post holiday-specific cutoff dates on the homepage banner in the lead-up to each season. If you're shopping for a holiday gift, please reference those dates rather than this policy.
Multi-pair orders and group orders
Orders containing multiple pairs of socks ship together in a single package. Production time scales modestly with order size — please add 1-2 business days to production estimates for orders of 5+ pairs, and 3-5 days for orders of 20+ pairs (group orders).

Refunds related to shipping
If your shipping is significantly delayed (more than 2 weeks beyond the longest published estimate) and the carrier confirms the delay was their fault, we may refund the shipping portion of your order. Production cost is non-refundable as products are custom-made — see our Refund Policy for full details.
