Every pair of Paraveso socks is custom-printed for you after you order, so timing works a little differently from off-the-shelf socks. Here's exactly what to expect.

Production time

2-4 business days from the time you upload your photo. A real person reviews every order before printing.

Shipping rates (United States)

Total time from order to door: 5-9 days standard, 4-7 days express.

Shipping rates (International)

7-14 business days after production. Costs vary by destination ($14.99-$24.99 typical). Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient at delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Most lost packages turn up within 48 hours; if yours doesn't, email hello@paraveso.com and we'll help locate it.

Returns & replacements

Because every pair is printed with your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend reviewing the live preview before checkout.

However, we will replace any pair, free of charge, that:

Arrives damaged or with a printing defect
Arrives in the wrong size
Doesn't match the preview we showed you

Just email hello@paraveso.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Your replacement goes to the front of our production queue (ships within 2 business days). No need to return the original — keep it, recycle it, give it to your dog.

Order changes & cancellations

Because production is fast, we can only modify or cancel orders within 4 hours of purchase. After that, the printer takes over. Reach us fast — we usually can help.
